2. Custom Products
All products sold by R&B Stitch Works are custom-made or customized to customer specifications.
Because embroidery is a handcrafted production process:
- Minor variations in stitching, placement, sizing, and thread color may occur.
- These small variations are considered normal and are not considered defects.
3. Artwork & Intellectual Property
Customers are solely responsible for any artwork, logos, text, or designs submitted to R&B Stitch Works.
By submitting artwork, the customer confirms that:
- They own the rights to the design, or
- They have permission to reproduce and use the artwork.
R&B Stitch Works is not responsible for:
- Copyright infringement
- Trademark violations
- Unauthorized use of protected material submitted by customers
We reserve the right to refuse any order that may violate intellectual property laws.
4. Order Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before approval, including:
- Spelling
- Placement
- Garment selection
- Thread colors
- Artwork uploads
Once production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Approved orders cannot be refunded for customer-approved errors.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD).
Prices may vary based on:
- Stitch count
- Garment type
- Quantity ordered
- Design complexity
- Customization options
Payment may be required before production begins.
R&B Stitch Works reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized transactions.
6. Production & Turnaround Times
Production times are estimates and may vary due to:
- Order volume
- Garment supplier availability
- Design revisions
- Shipping delays
- Equipment maintenance
Rush services may be available for additional fees.
R&B Stitch Works is not responsible for delays outside of our control.
7. Customer-Supplied Items
Customers may provide their own garments or products for embroidery.
By doing so, customers acknowledge:
- Embroidery involves needles, tension, and machinery.
- Certain fabrics or materials may react unpredictably during production.
While every effort is made to protect customer items, R&B Stitch Works is not liable for accidental damage to customer-supplied goods.
8. Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
R&B Stitch Works is not responsible for:
- Incorrect shipping addresses
- Carrier delays
- Lost or stolen packages once accepted by the shipping carrier
Shipping timelines are estimates only.
9. Returns & Refunds
Due to the custom nature of embroidery services, most custom orders are non-refundable.

10. Refusal of Service
R&B Stitch Works reserves the right to refuse service or cancel orders containing:
- Illegal content
- Hate speech or discriminatory content
- Explicit or offensive material

R&B Stitch Works shall not be held liable for:
- Indirect or incidental damages
- Delayed deliveries
- Customer-submitted artwork issues
- Damage caused by misuse or improper care of embroidered items
Our total liability shall never exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
