R&B Stitch Works – Quote Request Terms & Conditions Quote Requests Submitting a quote request does not create a binding agreement or guarantee acceptance of your order. All quote requests are reviewed before work begins. Prices, production times, and availability are subject to change until a final invoice has been approved and payment has been received. Customer Responsibility for Submitted Artwork By submitting artwork, logos, graphics, text, trademarks, or other designs to R&B Stitch Works, you confirm that: You own the artwork; or You have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, or written authorization to reproduce it. You accept full legal responsibility for any files, logos, trademarks, copyrighted materials, or other intellectual property you submit. Copyright & Trademark Policy R&B Stitch Works respects the intellectual property rights of others. Customers may not submit artwork that infringes upon any copyright, trademark, service mark, trade dress, patent, or other intellectual property rights belonging to another person or business. Examples include, but are not limited to: Sports team logos Brand logos Company logos Movie or television characters Video game artwork Music artist logos Copyrighted illustrations Licensed artwork without permission If you do not own the rights or have permission to use the artwork, please do not submit it. Customer Indemnification By submitting artwork, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless R&B Stitch Works, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, lawsuits, damages, legal fees, or expenses arising from the reproduction of artwork that you supplied. If a third party claims ownership of submitted artwork, the customer accepts full responsibility for all resulting legal matters. Right to Refuse Service R&B Stitch Works reserves the right to decline any project at its sole discretion, including but not limited to artwork that is: Illegal Copyright or trademark infringing Offensive or hateful Threatening or defamatory Sexually explicit Violent or promotes criminal activity Otherwise inappropriate for production Digitizing Approval If embroidery digitizing is required, a proof or stitch preview may be provided before production. Production will not begin until the customer has reviewed and approved the final design when approval is required. Once approval has been given, the customer accepts responsibility for any spelling, sizing, placement, colors, or design details shown in the approved proof. Design Changes Changes requested after approval may require additional digitizing time, setup fees, or production delays. Additional charges may apply depending on the amount of work required. Color Matching Thread colors are matched as closely as possible using commercially available embroidery thread. Exact color matches cannot be guaranteed due to differences in thread manufacturers, monitor displays, lighting conditions, and fabric materials. Production Time Production times begin after: Final artwork approval (if applicable) Payment has been received All garments or customer-supplied items have been received Estimated turnaround times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on order size, workload, supplier availability, shipping delays, or unforeseen circumstances. Customer-Supplied Items Customers supplying their own garments or products understand that embroidery carries inherent risks. Although every reasonable effort is made to prevent damage, R&B Stitch Works cannot guarantee against defects, hoop marks, thread breaks, machine errors, fabric inconsistencies, or other issues that may occur during production. R&B Stitch Works is not responsible for replacing customer-supplied items damaged due to hidden manufacturing defects or limitations of the material. Quotes Quotes are estimates only. Final pricing may change if: Artwork differs from the original submission Stitch count changes significantly Garment selection changes Quantities change Additional services are requested Customers will be notified before any price adjustments are made. Payment Production begins only after payment has been received unless other arrangements have been made in writing. Outstanding balances must be paid before completed orders are released or shipped. Shipping Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. R&B Stitch Works is not responsible for shipping delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or events outside our control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier. Returns & Refunds Because embroidery is custom-made specifically for each customer, completed custom orders are generally non-returnable and non-refundable. If an error was made by R&B Stitch Works that differs from the approved order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate resolution. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, R&B Stitch Works shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question. Acceptance of Terms By submitting a quote request, uploading artwork, or placing an order with R&B Stitch Works, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
